Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling Premium

You can cancel at any time from Billing in Nashex or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless a refund is due, Premium remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to Free.

Deleting your Nashex account also cancels active Premium renewal. Download anything you need before deletion because your active study data is permanently removed.

2. First purchase cooling-off period

You may cancel your first Premium purchase within 14 days of the contract starting and request a refund by emailing nashexbusiness@gmail.com. Nashex applies this 14-day period even if you began using Premium immediately.

For an under-18 account, the adult who authorised the payment may request the cancellation or refund using the purchase receipt, subject to appropriate account and payment verification.

3. Renewals

• Annual renewal: request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• Monthly renewal: monthly periods are generally non-refundable once renewed, but we will refund duplicate or erroneous charges and provide any remedy required by law.

If a paid feature is materially unavailable or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, contact us. We will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include re-performance, a partial refund, or a full refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

4. How to request a refund

Email nashexbusiness@gmail.com from the address on your Nashex account. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send card numbers. We may ask for the Stripe invoice or receipt identifier.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within 14 days of approval; your bank may take longer to display the credit.

5. Discount and complimentary access

Complimentary Premium obtained through an approved discount code has no cash value and cannot be refunded. If a paid amount was also charged in error, contact us so it can be investigated.
